We do not accept returns for online orders.
We provide shipping all over Pakistan through Trax. Deliveries can take 8 business days. Customized products delivery time are determined after reviewing your requirements.
We do a detailed check of all our products before packaging it. However, if your purchased item is damaged we will verify it and arrange exchange within 5 days of purchase.
Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. Any amendment to the original order after 24 hours may be subject to additional charges which will be determined after reviewing the requested changes.
On dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through email and SMS. You can log on to Trax website for local order respectively, insert you’re tracking ID and track your order. Trax courier site link.

Whilst the reproduction of colors and styles contained on the photographs shown on this website are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow. Lenaim do not accept responsibility for slight variances in color or style.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it with another product. New product will be delivered and exchange product will be given back to the courier company rider within 5 days of purchase along with the original receipt after informing and approval at help@lenaim.com
