Return & Exchange
- Products purchased from LÉNAIM website can be exchanged within 05 days only if:
- Complaint is made within that specifc time period.
- Faulty, damaged or defective product at the time of delivery.
- Received product differed from the original order.
- Something missing from the package like label, original packaging etc.
- When an order includes more than 1 product or amount is more than Rs 10000, client will receive a call from our sales representative to get it confirmed and to transfer Rs 2000 only to secure order than it will be proceed.
Person can email picture of defective item to help@lenaim.com Or inbox us on Instagram within 05 days after delivery in case to raise dispute. Team LÉNAIM will look at each dispute on an individual basis and will make every effort to be fair on both ends.
Once we receive the item our team will review the damage-once the dispute is settled fairly we will issue a replacement of the same value against the product mentioned in the invoice and send it with the next order made by the customer.
- In case of exchange customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling costs.
- Discounted Items cannot be Returned.
- LÉNAIM limited uses Trax for order delivery.
Order Cancellation
- LÉNAIM Limited does not offer a “refund” or “money back guarantee” on purchased items.
- Customers paying via Credit Card or PayPal may cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. Order amount will not be refunded back instead a coupon of same value will be provided that can be used to purchase from LÉNAIM within next 60 days.
- LÉNAIM Limited may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock, pricing errors or credit card or pay pal payment is declined.
- We do not store Credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
